Resolution:

 

1. go to Start | All Programs | Broadgun Software | Broadgun pdfMachine Options

 

2. In left hand column click on Next Action / Email

 

3. Click on email options.

 

4, When that box opens, there should be someone listed in the "TO:" field.  Delete it, save, click ok to close options window.

 

5. Test by going through email process.
