Changing APR on Quote doesn't update payment

Updating APR on quote does not update the monthly payment cost.

Issue:

Changing the APR on the quote will not update the monthly payment cost.

Resolution:

The user needs to go to their finance programs, by choosing the finance programs button at the upper right of the quote screen.

Browse to appropriate finance rate section

When in the finance rate section, have user choose appropriate FINANCE FACTOR that corresponds with correct APR.

When user returnes to quote, monthly payment should be updated.
