CFKB00009 In ACT, only view tabs at bottom are visible
In ACT, user can not see contact information, only view Tabs at bottom are visible.
SYMPTOM
User is in ACT but can not see any of the contact view information. The only visible parts of the ACT view screen are the view tabs at the bottom of the ACT window as well as the standard menu bar at the top of the screen, or the view tab that is selected is full screen.

CAUSE
This issue can be one of two issues:
1) The user has minimized the ACT contact window.
2) The user has drug the border of the contact window all the way to the top of the screen, and now only the selected view tab information is showing.
RESOLUTION
Issue 1:
1- Look for a "minimized" window box in the bottom left hand corner of the contact window.
2- Click on the "maximize" button (the box) to maximize the contact view.
Issue 2:
1- Look for the border of the contact view below the menu bar.
2- Left-click on the border and drag it down until you can see the contact information.
