CFKB00010 The sync on the Cyberforms server does not up
The sync on the Cyberforms server does not update the inventory date.
SYMPTOM
After the Cyberforms server update has run during the specified time period (usually during the evening), the welcome screen on the end-users machine does not show the updated inventory date.
CAUSE and Resolutions:
There are several possibilities for the cause of this issue:
1. The client computer may have experienced a failed sync.
a. If this is the case, open the CyberForms Synchronization window
b. Click on "Diagnostics"
c. Choose "Refresh Data Folders"
d. Synchronize CyberForms
2. The Business System did not produce an updated inventory file or the updated file was not transferred to the
CyberForms Server for processing.
a. This would cause the old file to be processed, thus not updating the Inventory Report Date for CyberForms.
b. Please refer to steps for resolving this issue with the Specific business system in question.
