CFKB00013 Printing or emailing using PDFMachine fails
Printing or emailing a PO using PDFMachine Fails
SYMPTOM
When user tries to print a PO through the PDFMachine program, in Cyberforms, in order to email the quote, PDFMachine fails to open.
NOTE
none
CAUSE
Tempory Internet files are too full.
RESOLUTION
1) Browse to control panel (Windows XP: Start --> Control Panel; Windows 2000: Start --> Settings --> Control Panel)
2) Click on Internet Options
3) Under Temporary Internet Files section, click on "Delete Files"
4) Click ok
5) Close and reopen Cyberforms.
6) The PO should now print to PDFMachine successfully.
