Cyberforms: Error - "dffill caused a general protection fault in ftcole.dll"

SYMPTOM

When sales user opens Cyberforms, the following error occurrs: "dfill caused a general protection fault in ftcole.dll at 002c:05d9.....choose close and ffill will close..." . When user closes error, cyberforms will open and function normally until next reboot reboot.

NOTE

CAUSE

Corrupted installation of Cyberforms.

RESOLUTION

1) Backup C:\Costshet, C:\Expense, and C:\My Documents

2) Uninstall "User Profile & Default Settings" from Add/remove programs in the control panel.

3) Uninstall any instance of Mobile Maverick Cyberforms from Add/remove programs.

4) Empty recycle bin & restart computer

5) Reinstall Cyberforms

6) Reinstall User Profile & Default Settings (LastName.exe)
