CyberForms: How to Archive Current Activity

SUMMARY OF ISSUE

CyberForms user has a large number of outdated/done deals/dead leads or lost sales in their current activity that they would like to archive.

SUMMARY OF RESOLUTION

1) Open CyberForms

2) When Current Activity appears, click on first deal in list.

3) Browse through each deall in current activity and update the "Sales to Close in" compulsory field to appropriate label.

4) When finished updating "Sale to Close in" field for each worksheet, click "Browse Activity"

5) Click "Compress and Reindex" in upper right hand corner of Current Activity Screen

6) When "Compress and Reindex" finishes with message "Compress and Reindex completed successfully", click ok

7) Click "Archive Activities" to conclude Archiving Process
