Cyberforms: C:\Costshet\inventory\mach.dbf - database not found when opening Cyberforms

SYMPTOM

Cyberforms user opens Cyberforms and receives error stating that C:\Costshet\inventory\mach.dbf can not be found ( "database not found...create it?"). 

NOTE

None

CAUSE

This can happen when the mach.dbf file in C:\Costshet\inventory\ has become corrupt or is missing.

RESOLUTION

1) Close Cyberforms

2) Browse to C:\Costshet and delete the inventory folder

3) Browse to shared drive:\\Cybr4ms\

4) Copy \\Cybr4ms\Inventory folder from shared drive to C:\Costshet\ folder on local  machine.

5) Open Cyberforms and check to make sure the error is gone.
