SYMPTOM

User attempts to open the John Deere offline Configurator from within Mobile Maverick Cyberforms, but receives error containing the words "dfill….problem in cyberforms.exe…close…"

RESOLUTION

Perform a Rebuild and Merge Activity Folders in CyberForms

1. Click Start --> Programs --> CyberForms --> Rebuild and Merge Activity Folders

2. Follows prompts to complete the 2 steps.

3. Open CyberForms.

4. The JD Offline Configurator should now be opporational. If it is not, please contact CyberForms Technical Support.
