Cyberforms How-to: Manager/Administrator would like to transfer current active deals of departed sales user to another sales user.
SUMMARY
A salesperson has left the company with active deals in their current activity. The sales users' current active deals need to be transferred to another sales user.

SUMMARY
1. Manager or Administrator needs to browse and view the departed sales user's current activity folder.
2. Manager/Administrator opens the deals and places them in the audit folder of desired sales user.
3. Manager/Administrator instructs the appropriate sales user to open their audit folder and move the transferred deals that were put in their audit folder.
Steps for sales user to move deals from Audit folder to Current Activity:
1. Click on Audit button within Current Activity Browser
2. Check the Yellow box next to each deal that is desired for transfer.
3. Click Transfer or Delete, choose Transfer records, choose Current Activity
4. The deals should now be present in the current activity browser.
