Admin unable to run synchronization on Cyberforms server
SYMPTOM
Administrator is unable to force a manual synchronization of the Cyberforms synchronization process.

CAUSE
1. More than one instance of the CyberForms account may be logged in. Make sure only one instance is logged in at
one time in order to ensure smooth functioning of the CyberForms server synchroniation.
2. The server process is already in progress. Check the Windows Task Manager for an nstance of Cyber4m.exe. If an
instance already exists, give it approximately 30 minutes to finish, then try again.
RESOLUTION
This issue can be resolved by having the administrator logout and log back into the server and try again.
