CFKB00035 Broadgun PDFMachine: Contact always appears i
Broadgun PDFMachine: Contact always appears in "TO:" field when trying to send PDF through email using PDFMachine.
SYMPTOM
When user clicks on "Send" in PDFMachine to send PDF through email, the same email contact shows up in the "TO:" field. The user would like to make the field show up blank.
NOTE
None
CAUSE
The reoccurring email contact has been set as the default recipient in the PDFMachine options/preferences window.
RESOLUTION
1. Open PDFMachine from the StartàPrograms menu (StartàAll Programs in Windows XP)\Broadgun Software\pdfMachine Options
2. Click on the Next/Email menu on the left hand side
3. Click on Email Settings
4. In the dialog box that pops up, clear the email address field and then click save email configuration.
