CFKB00037 CyberForms Error During Synchronization: “Can
CyberForms Error During Synchronization: "Can not find COSTSHT.FAL"
SYMPTOM
CyberForms user is trying to Synchronize but receives error "Can not find C:\Costshet\COSTSHT.FAL".
NOTE
The user may have had a recent failed partial sync due to attempting to synchronize over a dial-up connection or a wireless cell-phone card.
CAUSE
The C:\Costshet\COSTSHT.FAL file is corrupt or missing.
RESOLUTION
Reinstall Mobile Maverick CyberForms manually:
1. Browse to {cybrdriv}:\Cyber4ms\Programs\Onestep\Silent\
2. Double-click on MMC_420_silent.exe
3. Follow Install-Shield steps to complete a "typical" installation of CyberForms.
4. After CyberForms installation completes, browse to {cybrdrive}:\Cyber4ms\Programs\Owner Profiles\
5. Double click on {Last Name}.exe for the specified CyberForms user to reinstall their Custom Owner Profile.
6. Synchronize CyberForms
