CFKB00038 CyberForms: User synchronization causes In-ho
CyberForms: User synchronization causes In-house Inventory to "disappear"
SYMPTOM
User synchronizes Mobile Maverick CyberForms. After opening Cyberforms, user attempts to view In-house Inventory, but finds that the In-house inventory is blank.
NOTE
None
CAUSE
This issue can be caused by a failed or disconnected synchronization due to network connectivity issues.
RESOLUTION
1. Close Mobile Maverick Cyberforms.
2. Open Cyberforms Synchronization program, but do not synchronize.
3. Click on the "Diagnostics" link underneath the synchronization button.
4. There will be two options available:
a. Refresh Data folders
b. Refresh Program Updates
5. Click on Refresh Data Folders
6. After the process finished, open up Cyberforms Synchronization and complete a normal synchronization.
7. Open Cyberforms, In-house Inventory should be restored.
