NOTE: Adobe Reader 6.0 or 7.0 and pdfMachine 10.5 - 11.05 must be installed in order to follow the following steps.
Adobe Reader can be downloaded for Free from <http://www.adobe.com/reader>
Broadgun pdfMachine can be downloaded for Free from <http://www.pdfmachine.com>
To email a quote form within CyberForms, follow these steps:
1. With desired quote open, click on the red "quill" on the "Print Quote" button
2. A dialog box containing a list of available printers will pop-up; choose "Broadgun pdfMachine"
3. Click OK
4. Click on "Print Quote"
5. Broadgun pdfMachine will launch and display the quote.
6. Click on "Send" on the pdfMachine tool bar
7. A box will open asking you to confirm the email attachment name (the attachment is the quote PDF that we just created)
8. Give the Attachment a descriptive file name.
9. Click OK
10. An email will open with you Quote attached in PDF format.
11. Click SEND
