CyberForms: Transferring of records to Archive Folders fails
SYMPTOM
User is trying to transfer one or more records from the Current Activity Browser to any of the following folders: Completed Deals, Dead Leads, Lost Sales, or Archives. The process fails with no errors.
NOTE
If the user has more than 150 deals in current activity, please contact CyberForms Technical Support for further instructions.
CAUSE
This can be caused when the Cyberforms User's Current Activity has not been "Compressed and Reindexed" for an extended period of time.
This can be caused when the CyberForms User's Current Activity has more than 75 worksheets.
RESOLUTION
1. Open CyberForms
2. In the Current Activity Browser, click on "Compress and Reindex"
3. After the Compress and Reindex, try to transfer the records.
IF the Compress and Reindex does not help:
1. Complete a "Rebuild and Merge Activity Folders"
a. Click on Start à Programs à CyberForms à Rebuild and Merge
b. Follow the 2 steps; click OK to start each step
c. Open CyberForms when the 2 step process finishes
2. Try to transfer the records.
3. If the transfer of records still fails, please contact CyberForms Technical Support at 866-892-5060.
