SUMMARY

The CyberForms user has more than 200 deals in their current activity. They have updated the "sale to close in field" for each of their deals, but when they try to archive, it simply fails or CyberForms freezes.

 

RESOLUTION

The databases need to be rebuilt and manually merged into separate databases containing no more than 100 records.
