DBPROBAdded contacts do not show up after synching
Newly deleted contacts return after server syncs.

Administrative Cyberforms user edits and deletes contacts from the ACT database. After synchronizing ACT on the server, the changes to existing contacts remain intact, but the deleted contacts return.
This behavior can be caused if the database has not been maintained through the use of the build in Database Maintenance routine.
To resolve this issue, the administrator must run the Database maintenance routine within the ACT Administration Program.
